Description
Gegenstand des Auftrages ist insbesondere - die Lieferung von Inkontinenzprodukten an 9 Pflegeeinrichtungen (nachfolgend als "Häuser" bezeichnet) der MÜNCHENSTIFT GmbH (nachfolgend als "AG" bezeichnet) durch den Auftragnehmer (nachfolgend als "AN" bezeichnet), - die Durchführung einer Implementierungsphase durch den AN, - die Überprüfung des Einsatzes der Inkontinenzprodukte innerhalb der ersten 14 Tage ab Lieferbeginn durch den AN, - die Anwendungsbetreuung (Hausbesuche und Schulungen) durch den AN, - die Einsatzbereitschaft von Anwendungsberatern des AN, - und die Bereitstellung eines internetbasierten Bestell- und Kostenmanagementsystem durch den AN.
