Description
Detta är en frivillig förhandsinsyn enligt LOU avseende avsedd kontraktstilldelning genom förhandlat förfarande utan föregående annonsering. Syftet är att informera marknaden om att myndigheten avser att ingå avtal avseende MACSima ™ System, med Miltenyi Biotec, med stöd av LOU kap 6 §14 2st, tekniska skäl. Efter genomförd marknadsundersökning och bedömning av rimliga alternativ har det konstaterats att det som ska anskaffas endast kan tillhandahållas av nämnd leverantör. Avtal kommer att tecknas tidigast efter att tillämplig avtalsspärr kopplad till förhandsinsynen har löpt ut.
