Description
Kommunstyrelsen i Stockholms stad genom stadsledningskontorets kommunikationsenhet, inbjuder till att inkomma med anbud avseende mötes- och evenemangstjänster enligt förutsättningar i denna anbudsinbjudan med tillhörande bilagor. Upphandlingen ska utgöra ett komplement till Stadens egna resurser och kompetenser i arbetet för en målgruppsanpassad, sammanhållen och värdeskapande kommunikation. Leverantören ska i nära samarbete med beställaren genomföra målgruppsanpassade mötes - och evenemangstjänster i enlighet med gällande styrdokument. Leverantörens åtagande innebär allt från att utföra enklare produktioner av utställningsmaterial till att ha ett helhetsansvar vid genomförande av komplexa möten och evenemang både inomhus, utomhus och digitalt.
