Hankinnan kohteena oli Pohjois-Karjalan koulutuskuntayhtymä, Riverian maastotyökohteiden työkoneiden moottoripolttoöljy sopimuskaudelle 1.8.2025 - 31.12.2026 + yhden (1) + yhden (1) vuoden optiomahdollisuus. Tavaran tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset mm. rakenteen, varusteiden, työ- ja paloturvallisuuden sekä sähköturvallisuuden osalta.
