Description
The municipalities of Alver, Aurland, Austrheim, Austevoll, Fedje, Gulen, Masfjorden, Modalen, Osterøy, Samnanger, Sveio, Tysnes and Vaksdal have established a joint ICT operational company, IKT Nordhordland municipal co-operation (IKTNH). This enquiry is mainly for: Procurement of a new system for the management, operation and maintenance of municipal buildings. The aim of this procurement is to procure future orientated systems for the management, operation and maintenance of municipal buildings. The buildings include i.a. administration buildings, schools, nurseries, sheltered accommodation flats, nursing homes, social housing and other buildings that help ensure the municipal services. The procurement of the MOM system shall also safeguard the municipalities ́ daily operations, including document handling, control and reporting functions in property management, as well as handling rental properties and buildings. The system shall be used in connection with handling deviations, so that the users of the buildings can register deviations that can directly be connected to the building/property.
