Description
Berga äldreboende på Björnstiden 137 är uppförd i två byggnader som länkar samman via en gemensam entré och matsal. Hus A byggdes runt 1970 medan entrén och hus B uppfördes år 1993. I och med byggnationen av hus B genomförde även en generell teknisk upprustning av hus A. Hus C, som är ett låghus sammanlänkar hus A och hus B med en entré, gemensam matsal, storkök och ett galleri samt källargångar. Denna upphandling avser en modernisering av hus B & C.
