Description
Solna stad upphandlar ett nytt bibliotekssystem. Bibliotekssystemet och webblösning ska vara modernt, utvecklingsbart, och innehålla all kravställd funktionalitet för hantering av låntagare, lån och böcker. Bibliotekssystemet ska vara tillgängligt/användbart för alla stadens bibliotek, men minst Solna stads bibliotek, fritidsbibliotek, skolbibliotek. Systemet ska också säkerställa de systemintegrationer som är nödvändiga idag; stadens ekonomisystem Raindance,Skatteverkets folkbokföringssystem Navet, den nationella bibliotekskatalogen Libris, Solna stads lösning för single sign on, integrationer medsorteringsverk, självbetjäningsmaskiner, meröppna bibliotek, RFID-läsare, handscanners, kvittoskrivare, sms-och e postutskick. Systemet ska tillhandahålla API:er för möjliga integrationer med webbplatser och webbaserade användartjänster. Solna stad ser att systemleverantören ska vara en partner för framtida utveckling av bibliotekstjänster. Bibliotekssystemet är Solna stadsbibliotekets mest centrala verksamhetssystem och är nödvändigt för all verksamhet som berör bibliotekens låntagare, lån och mediebestånd.
