Upphandlingen avser att löpande och reaktivt utföra service till Hyresbostäders med dotterbolags personal främst i form av konfigurationstjänster m m, i samband med byte av mobiltelefoner. Denna upphandling omfattar det arbete som Hyresbostäders interna IT-avdelningen tidigare gjorde i samband med personalens byte av mobiltelefoner. I och med att Hyresbostäder har ett mobiltelefonbaserat orderhanteringssystem är det av största vikt att personalen alltid kan ha en fungerande mobiltelefon konfigurerad i enlighet med Hyresbostäders instruktioner.
