Description

Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η μίσθωση μηχανημάτων για τον αποχιονισμό του οδικού δικτύου των Δημοτικών Ενοτήτων Πανοράματος και Πυλαίας, του Δήμου Πυλαίας-Χορτιάτη προκειμένου να αντιμετωπιστούν οι χιονοπτώσεις που αναμένονται κατά την χειμερινή περίοδο, σύμφωνα με την Α.Π.30737/14.08.2024 (ορθή επανάληψη 06.09.2024) μελέτη που συνέταξε η Διεύθυνση Καθαριότητας-Περιβάλλοντος. Αντικείμενο της παρούσας είναι η μίσθωση οκτώ (8) μηχανημάτων αποχιονισμού για το χρονικό διάστημα από α) 16.11.2024 ως 15.04.2025 (151 ημέρες), β) από 16.11.2025 ως 15.04.2026 (151 ημέρες), γ) από 16.11.2026 ως 15.04.2027 (151 ημέρες) και δ) από 16.11.2027 ως 15.04.2028 (152 ημέρες) δηλαδή σύνολο 605 ημέρες. Η μίσθωση θα καλύψει τις ανάγκες τουλάχιστον για 605 ημέρες ενώ η Αναθέτουσα Αρχή δύναται να ασκήσει δικαίωμα προαίρεσης για την περίοδο από 16.11.2028 ως 15.04.2029 δηλαδή ακόμα 151 ημέρες (ποσοστό 25,00%) επί του προϋπολογισμού της σύμβασης. Η σύμβαση υποδιαιρείται σε δύο τμήματα.
