Description
La présente consultation concerne les missions de maîtrise d'oeuvre en vue de réhabilitations d'immeubles en diffus ou de (re)constructions d'immeubles neufs en diffus - assorties ou non de démolitions/déconstructions préalables de l'existant. Lieu d'exécution des prestations : Territoire de la Métropole Européenne de Lille (MEL). Le marché est passé suivant une procédure formalisée conformément à l'article R. 2124-1 du Code de la commande publique. Le mode de consultation choisi est l'appel d'offres restreint en application des articles R2161-6 à R2161-11 du Code de la commande publique. Le marché est un accord-cadre à marchés subséquents et à bons de commande. Il sera conclu avec 09 titulaires.
