Description
Le présent marché a pour objet des missions de « Contrôle Technique » pour l'aménagement partiel de l'îlot Paul Bert : la restructuration lourde, l'extension et la surélévation de l'école Paul Bert ainsi que la création d'un centre administratif associé à un parking souterrain sur le territoire de la ville de Bois-Colombes. Le marché est conclu Le marché est conclu à prix et à forme mixte : à savoir : - pour partie à prix forfaitaire (mission de contrôle) - pour partie à prix unitaires (vacations - partie à accord-cadre à bons de commande) conformément aux articles R. 2162-1 à 6 et R. 2162-13 et 14 du Code de la commande publique. Les prestations à accord-cadre à bons de commande seront susceptibles de varier dans la limite financière d'un montant maximum (sans montant minimum) de 10 000 € HT sur la durée totale du marché.
