Description

Le présent marché porte sur la mission de certification des comptes sociaux et comptes consolidés de six exercices comptables (2025-2030) de la SA Les Résidences Yvelines-Essonne. Cette consultation est passée sous la forme d'un appel d'offres ouvert. Au regard des disposition de l'article L. 2113-11 du code de la commande publique, le présent marché n'est pas alloti. En effet, la dévolution en lots séparés risque de rendre techniquement difficile et financièrement plus coûteuse l'exécution des prestations. Les prestations du présent marché font l'objet d'un marché mixte conclu pour partie sous la forme d'un marché simple à prix global et forfaitaire, pour partie sous la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commandes. Cet accord-cadre conclu sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum 120 000 euro(s) HT. Conformément à l'article L.823-3 du Code de commerce, il est conclu pour une durée de 6 ans à compter de sa nomination par l'Assemblée Générale des Résidences couvrant le cycle des six exercices comptables courant de 2025 à 2030.
