Description
Un premier marché 24.001 relatif à la modernisation du système de télégestion a été lancée le 4 avril 2024. Suite à la réception des Offres et à leur analyse, le Syndicat de l'Orge a été l'obligation de déclarer sans suite par décision du 24 septembre 2024 n° 2024/45, le marché 24.001 relatif à la modernisation du système de télégestion le marché afin notamment de redéfinir son besoin. Le présent marché permettra de répondre aux attentes du Syndicat de l'Orge et implique des actions de conception et de paramétrage avancé. C'est pourquoi, la procédure en marché négocié conformément au point 3 de l'article R2124-3 du Code de la Commande publique est nécessaire et justifiée pour répondre au besoin du Syndicat de l'Orge. Le présent marché prend la forme, d'un accord-cadre mono-attributaire comprenant une partie traitée sous la forme d'un marché ordinaire, et une partie traitée sous la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande. Soit : - La partie « marché ordinaire » concerne les prestations décrites au CCTP et correspond aux prix mentionnés à la Décomposition du Prix Global et Forfaitaire (DPGF). - La partie « accord-cadre à bons de commande correspond au Bordereau des Prix Unitaires …
