Le présent marché prend la forme d'un accord-cadre à prix unitaires conformément au Bordereau des Prix Unitaires ainsi qu'aux devis pouvant être demandés pour les prestations non prévues au BPU et dites « exceptionnelles » ou « occasionnelles » en application de l'article R2112-6 du Code de la Commande Publique. Le présent accord-cadre est avec un maximum à 320 000 euro(s) HT (BPU et devis) pour toute la durée du marché (y compris les reconductions) en application de l'article R2362-8 du Code de la Commande Publique
