Description

Le présent marché prend la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande conformément aux prix mentionnés au Bordereau des Prix Unitaires (BPU) ainsi qu'aux devis pouvant être demandés pour les prestations non prévues au BPU et dites « exceptionnelles » ou « occasionnelles ». L'accord-cadre est sans minimum mais avec un maximum 900 000 euro(s) HT (prestations prévues au BPU et prestations sur devis) sur toute la durée de l'accord-cadre en application de l'article R2362-8 du Code de la Commande. Les commandes successives seront adressées au fil des besoins sous la forme de bons de commande par le pouvoir adjudicateur
