The purpose of this tender is to provide a Regional Settlement Service across four Midland counties of Longford, Westmeath, Laois and Offaly, This Regional Settlement Service main objectives will be Prevention of those at risk of Homelessness, Intervention for those who become homeless and Sustainment of persons that were formerly homeless.
