Description
The contractor shall provide the human and material resources necessary to provide the service in the non exhaustive list below: • handling cases which give rise to reimbursements for treatment subject to prior authorisation. These concern in particular medical expenses relating to hospitalisation, surgery, childbirth, and certain optical and therapy costs. For dental care, these concern any treatment other than simple extractions, fillings or scaling. • monitoring and verifying the management carried out at delegation level.
