Sametinget har för avsikt att teckna ramavtal gällande förvaltningsstödjande tjänster och teknisk rådgivning för optimering, underhåll och anpassning av ArcGIS- och Con Terra-produkter. Sametinget har idag ArcGIS Enterprise lösning och säkerhetslösning Conterra Security Manager NEXT. Följande komponenter ingår i systemet: • Datalagring i SQL server (2018) • ConTerra security manager • ArcGIS Enterprise standard • ArcGIS Desktop • ArcGIS online Sametingets organisation som hanterar GIS-teknikfrågor är liten och består av endast 1 person. Detta ställer krav på ett enhetligt system där varje delkomponent är väl integrerad i en helhetslösning. ArcGIS Enterprise innebär en fullständigt skalbar lösning där de olika delkomponenterna är väl integrerade och kan administreras av en liten organisation. I samband med att Sametingets GIS användning ökar och tekniksystemet tas i aktiv drift har Sametinget behov av leverantörens stöd med avseende på befintlig implementation av vår ArcGIS Enterprise lösning och vår säkerhetslösning, Conterra Security Manager NEXT.
