Ramavtalet omfattar Medarbetarstöd i form av en tjänst där Leverantören ska erbjuda tillgång till samtalsjour och samtalsstöd där medarbetaren får stöd, rådgivning och vägledning i personliga och/eller arbetspåverkande frågeställningar. Professionellt stöd ska ges till individen, utan arbetsgivarens kännedom inom områden som rör t.ex. samarbetsproblem och konflikter på arbetsplatsen, stress, familje-och relationsproblem, juridiska frågor, ekonomiska frågor, frågor rörande missbruk, sociala problem, nära anhörigs problem.
