Ramavtalet omfattar Medarbetarstöd i form av en tjänst där Leverantören ska erbjuda tillgång till samtalsjour och samtalsstöd där medarbetaren får stöd, rådgivning och vägledning i personliga och/eller arbetspåverkande frågeställningar.
