Cantitatile de produse pe care le va achizitiona spitalul sunt cele cuprinse in Caietul de sarcini care face parte din documentatia de atribuire; cantitatile minime si maxime sunt prezentate in Caietul de sarcini. Cantitatile minime si maxime de produse ce urmeaza a fi furnizate reprezinta estimari ale unor cantitati care ar putea fi solicitate pe durata întregului acord cadru, si nu cantitatile exacte care vor fi achizitionate, acestea din urma putând fi mai mici, egale, sau mai mari raportat la cele estimate, în functie de necesitatile efective ale autoritatii contractante si de fondurile bugetare alocate cu aceasta destinatie. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde la solicitările de clarificari/informatii suplimentare in a 11-a zi înainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Termenul limita pana la care se pot solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare este de 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertei
