Description
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs invites potential suppliers to a market dialogue ahead of a planned acquisition of "EØS og Schengen notatbase" ("EEA and Schengen database") case management system. “EØS notatbase” is a case management system for processing new legal acts from the EU that must be considered for incorporation in, or have been incorporated into, the EEA agreement, and thus to be implemented in Norwegian legislation. The purpose is to support the process for the implementation of EU legal acts in Norwegian legislation, and to ensure that information about expected legislative changes reaches affected parties as early as possible. The users of the database are employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, other ministries and professional bodies that are responsible for implementing EEA legal acts in Norwegian law. In addition to the EEA fact sheets, it is possible to create Schengen fact sheets.
