Description
The EEA and Schengen database case management system shall contribute to fulfilling the political ambitions of EEA and Schengen work by facilitating early involvement and influence. Furthermore, it shall facilitate effective, correct and timely implementation of EEA rules in Norwegian law, and correct and relevant information to the Norwegian Parliament. Good and efficient work processes, as well as good information about the EEA to Norwegian business and Norwegian citizens shall also be facilitated. The objective of the procurement is to establish contracts with one total supplier who can deliver the EEA and Schengen note base as a SaaS service that covers the desired functions, security, integrations and interface, delivering the necessary support and maintenance, as well as operation over the lifetime. There is a need to convert data from existing systems to the SaaS service. The agreements include a number of options for the customer, including implementation of new user stories and transferring all or parts of the system to the customer's tenant.
