Description
The aim of the procurement is to ensure a proper level of security and protection of personnel, information and property at the foreign service ́s stations. This procurement shall be built up under this aim by putting in place a framework agreement for the procurement of alarm and video surveillance systems that increase the foreign service ́s ability for detection, notification and monitoring of events at its foreign stations. As the delivery shall protect the Norwegian Foreign Ministry's values, both physical, digital and human, risk and security understanding will be emphasised in the evaluation of the tenders, where the security fitness and the tenderer's assignment comprehension is essential. There will be a need for the delivery of material, configuration, installation, commissioning, training, support for operation, maintenance and support for the alarm and video monitoring systems, as well as facilitation for local operations at the foreign stations. The need is mainly for fixed installations at established stations, but it will also include systems that can be used in temporary locations and on journeys.
