L'objet du marché est : La fourniture des nouvelles licences LNS, le paramétrage du LNS existant afin d'accueillir les nouvelles passerelles radio permettant de poursuivre le déploiement d'un réseau de communications électroniques basé sur la technologie LoRa sur les territoires des communes et EPCI finistériens ; La fourniture de connecteurs API pour communiquer avec des applications métiers complémentaires à l'existant ; Les études de couverture LORA L'exploitation et la maintenance annuelle du LNS et des connecteurs API.
