Le présent marché a pour objet les prestations légales de services de commissariat aux comptes pourl'Office public de l'Habitat Plaine Commune Habitat. Le marché n'est pas alloti. Conformément aux dispositions de l'article L.2113-10du Code de la Commande Publique, l'acheteur a décidé de ne pas allotir ce marché dans la mesure où l'identification de prestationsdistinctes, dans le cadre du présent marché pour la réalisation d'une mission de commissariat aux comptes, n'est pas possible.Aucune variante n'est imposée au titre du marché. La présentation de variantes libres n'est pas autorisée et le marché n'est pasdécomposé en tranches. Le marché est traité à prix global et forfaitaire.
