Description
Le marché sera composé de la mission de base complète de maîtrise d'oeuvre au sens de l'article R.2431-19 à -23 du Code de la commande publique (APS à AOR) et une mission complémentaire : Mission de diagnostic technique et architectural et PEMD. L'exécution du marché commencera à compter de la notification du marché, jusqu'à la fin de la GPA. Le marché devra s'inscrire dans une démarche environnementale générale ambitieuse et répondre aux exigences détaillées dans le dossier de consultation
