Le présent marché est passé selon la procédure d'appel d'offres ouvert en vertu des articles L2124-2, R2124-2 et R2161-2 à R2161-5 du Code de la commande publique Le présent marché a pour objet la réalisation des prestations de dératisation et désinsectisation des parties communes et privatives du patrimoine de l'OPH65. Il comprend : -des prestations « préventives » (prestations de désinsectisation des parties communes et privatives et de dératisation des parties communes) -et des prestations « curatives », commandées au fur et à mesure des besoins de l'OPH65 Le marché est conclu à prix mixtes Les variantes ne sont pas autorisées Marché d'un an renouvelable 3 fois
