Description
Procédure d'appel d'offres ouvert, en application des articles L2124-2, R2124-2 1°) et R2161-2 et suivants et R2162-1 et suivants du Code de la Commande Publique. Ce marché défini les prestations et règles d'intervention relatives à l'exploitation des installations collectives thermiques de chauffage, de productions d'Eau Chaude Sanitaires, de surpresseurs ainsi que de Centrale de Traitement d'Air sur le patrimoine de l'OPH 65. La durée du marché est fixée à 1 an renouvelable 3 fois. Les variantes ne sont pas autorisées Visite obligatoire ( cf planning )
