MARCHE DE CONCEPTION-REALISATION POUR L'AMENAGEMENT PARTIEL DE L'ILOT PAUL BERT : RESTRUCTURATION LOURDE, EXTENTION ET SURELEVATION DU GROUPE SCOLAIRE PAUL BERT, CREATION D'UN CENTRE ADMINISTRATIF ET D'UN PARKING ASSOCIE A BOIS-COLOMBES Le présent marché a pour objet la conception et la réalisation en plusieurs phases des équipements suivants : -La restructuration lourde, extension surélévation du groupe scolaire Paul Bert : -env. 2 000 m² à démolir partiellement (structure et façades conservées), -env. 4 000 m² à démolir totalement, -env. 4 800 m² SU à restructurer/surélever, construire, -env. 3 000 m² d'espaces extérieurs à aménager (cours de récréation, parvis, venelle de desserte en coeur d'ilot). -La création d'un centre administratif : -env. 1 500 m² SU à construire, -La construction d'un parking souterrain associé au centre administratif de 60 places env. -L'aménagement des espaces extérieurs de l'îlot (réaménagement des rues Paul Déroulède et Auguste Moreau au droit de l'ilot).
