Description
Clúid Housing has tendered and awarded a below-threshold contract for professional management coaching in 2024. The program, provided by Sandown Business School, will be extended in 2025, bringing the total value of the contract over threshold. Direct award of the extension is based on the flowing considerations: 1 A commitment to training all managers to the same standard, and embedding a coaching culture within its leadership cohort. The Sandown programme for Clúid is specifically designed to support this transition. 2 The "Leader as Coach" programme by Sandown Business School is a proprietary. Clúid intends to direct award the extention of the contract in keeping with this notice
