Description
Mission de maitrise d'oeuvre à prix global et forfaitaire. Le projet consiste en la définition, la mise en oeuvre et le suivi du plan-pluriannuel de rénovation énergie (travaux de réhabilitation réseaux et équipements CVC collectifs et individuels sur diverses résidences du patrimoine de 13 Habitat). Pour chaque lot, les missions de maitrise d'oeuvre confiées au titulaire sont décomposées en phases qui seront déclinées en marchés subséquents : - Phase 1 : Diagnostic (DIAG.) / Avant-projet sommaire (APS) - Phase 2 : Avant-projet définitif (A.P.D.) ; - Phase 3 : Études de projet (PRO.) ; - Phase 4 : Assistance à la passation des marchés de travaux (A.M.T.) ; - Phase 5 : VISA des études d'exécution (VISA) ; - Phase 6 : Direction de l'exécution des travaux (D.E.T.) ; - Phase 7 : Ordonnancement, pilotage et coordination (O.P.C.) ; - Phase 8 : Assistance aux opérations de réception (A.O.R. y compris DOE). - Phase 9 : Mission complémentaire : Diagnostic des produits, équipements, matériaux et déchets issus de l'opération de réhabilitation et formulaire de récolement (P.E.M.D.)
