Le présent marché concerne le renouvellement des contrats de maintenance et de support de l'environnement Netapp actuel, acquis principalement via l'accord-cadre Smals-BB-001.025/2015 - Lot 2 et son renouvellement Smals-BB-001.018/2020. En outre, les prestations suivantes peuvent également faire partie de cet accord-cadre : extensions de l'environnement susmentionné et remplacement du matériel obsolète. Les services associés tels que les services d'expertise technique (par exemple pour l'installation du matériel), la formation et la documentation font partie du présent marché.
