Description
Bei dem zu errichtenden Neubau handelt es um einen zweigeschossigen (EG und 1. OG) Interimsanbau an ein Bestandsgebäude. Das EG dient zur Unterbringung der Technik für den OP-Saal 10. Im 1. OG wird ein OP-Saal eingerichtet. Die Anbindung an den Bestand erfolgt im 1. OG. Der Baukörper wird in Massivbauweise aus Stahlbetonhalbfertigteilen und Ortbeton errichtet. Die ausgeschriebene Leistung umfasst die betriebsfertige Installation von Lüftungsanlagen.
