Description
Bei dem Neubau handelt es sich um einen zweigeschossigen (EG und 1. OG) Interimsanbau an ein Bestandsgebäude. Das EG dient zur Unterbringung der Technik für den OP-Saal 10. Im 1. OG wird ein OP-Saal eingerichtet. Die Anbindung an den Bestand erfolgt im 1. OG. Der Baukörper wird in Massivbauweise aus Stahlbetonhalbfertigteilen und Ortbeton errichtet. Die ausgeschriebene Leistung umfasst die Lieferung und betriebsfertige Montage von Glaswandpaneelen incl. Unterkonstruktion im zu errichtenden OP-Saal.
