Description
Bei dem Neubau handelt es um einen zweigeschossigen (EG und 1. OG) Interimsanbau an ein Bestandsgebäude für einen OP-Saal. Das EG dient zur Unterbringung der Technik für den OP-Saal 10. Im 1. OG wird der OP-Saal eingerichtet. Die Anbindung an den Bestand erfolgt im 1. OG. Der Baukörper wird in Massivbauweise aus Stahlbetonhalbfertigteilen und Ortbeton errichtet. Die ausgeschriebene Leistung umfasst die betriebsfertige Installation einer Sprinkleranlage im Neubau und im Bestandsgebäude.
