Caracteristicile principale ale proiectului si ale constructiei: Proiectul propune reabilitarea si modernizarea celor trei corpuri de cladire, dar si lucrari de extindere a etajelor 4 si 5 ale corpurilor II si III (reconfigurarea acestor etaje), in vederea obtinerii unor spatii suplimentare destinate invatamantului superior Solutiile de interventie propuse sunt: inlocuirea tamplariei metalice exterioare (usi exterioare, ferestre, pereti cortina, luminatoare) cu tamplarie metalica noua din profile extrudate din aluminiu cu geam tripan; inlocuirea usilor interioare cu usi metalice noi; inlocuirea finisajului pardoselilor in casa scarii, holuri si salile de clasa cu pardoseli tip LVT si linoleum pentru trafic intens; refacerea hidroizolatilor terasei exterioare de la cota +6,80m; reabilitarea grupurilor sanitare de la parter si etajul 1; zugraveli lavabile noi la peretii interiori; realizarea unui sistem centralizat de clima si ventilatie; inlocuirea corpurilor de iluminat cu corpuri noi cu LED; lucrari de interventii sanitare.
