INDICI TOTALI: - Suprafata construita totala = 5.600,70mp; P.O.T. total propus = 28,00% - Suprafata desfasurata totala = 10.768,70mp; C.U.T. total propus = 0,54 Constructiile propuse – se vor incadra la CATEGORIA “C” DE IMPORTANTA NORMALA (conform HGR nr.766/1977) si la CLASA “II” DE IMPORTANTA (conform Codului de proiectare seismica P100/ 1-2013) In momentul de fata terenul pe care se doreste realizarea acestei investitii are suprafata de 20.000mp. Se doreste construirea unui campus invatamant dual-produal alcatuit din cladiri in sistem pavilionar, astfel – 4 corpuri de cladire, fiecare corp fiind prevazut cu cate o functiune diferita: * CORP A – spatii invatamant, laboratoare; * CORP B – cantina si biblioteca; * CORP C – aula si spatiu multifunctional; * CORP D – camin cazare Terenul are o forma neregulata si se poate observa conform ridicarii topometrice ca este relativ drept. Nu necesita o terasare prealabila sau ulterioara. Accesul la imobilele propuse se va realiza din strada de acces identifica cu C.F. 130629 Sibiu.
