Description
Le marché a pour objet la location de tentes de réception équipées pour diverses manifestations de la ville. Les prestations font l'objet d'une présentation détaillée au sein du Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières et son annexe Durée du marché : 1 an à compter du 2/12/24 ou de sa date de notification si elle est postérieure, renouvelable 3 fois un an par tacite reconduction. Le marché peut faire l'objet d'une reconduction expresse anticipée selon les modalités du CCAP Tranche optionnelle : sans objet Appel d'offres ouvert. Accord cadre mono-attributaire, conclu sans minimum et avec maximum, exécuté à bons de commande. Montant Maximum annuel : 60 000 HT La Valeur estimée correspond à la moyenne annuelle réalisée sur les 4 dernières années. Cette consultation fait suite à la déclaration sans suite pour motif d'intérêt général de la procédure initiale (manque de précisions dans le CCTP initial)
