Description
Syftet är att anskaffa en användarvänlig och modern lösning som når effektmålen samt förväntningar i lösning beskrivna i Bilaga 3 Nuläges- och målbeskrivning. Lösningen innefattar en heltäckande teknisk lösning för både fastighetsinformation och teknisk förvaltning, som bidrar till Lejonfastigheters långsiktiga strategi. Lejonfastigheter eftersträvar på sikt ett obrutet informationsflöde genom hela fastighetens livscykel. Lösningen förväntas bland annat inkludera en gemensam bas för fastighetsinformation samt ersätta befintlig systemlösning för teknisk förvaltning ”Xpand”.
