Description
Lejonfastigheters fastighetsbestånd är avseende utemiljön uppdelat i tre entreprenadområden. Denna upphandling omfattar tidigare Område 2 Centrum som nu är uppdelat i två underområden; Område 2a Västra centrum och område 2b Östra centrum. Anbud kan lämnas på båda områden, men anbudsgivare kommer endast att tilldelas ett underområde. Respektive entreprenad omfattar övergripande; - Tillsyn och skötsel samt avhjälpande underhåll av utemiljö med tillhörande utrustning - Beredskap, jour och utförande av snöröjning och halkbekämpning - Bevaka och utföra myndighetsbesiktningar m m. Tillse att avvikelser och brister blir åtgärdade. - Ärendehantering för felanmälningar, beställningar m m - Administrativa arbetsuppgifter i direkt anslutning till ovanstående arbeten bl a dokumentera och redovisa underlag för planering av kontraktsarbetena, rådgivning, statistik, faktureringsunderlag m m - Delta i B:s förvaltning och planering samt vara B:s representant i kontakter med hyresgäster, leverantörer, entreprenörer m fl - Ta initiativ till kostnadsbesparande åtgärder, det underhåll och de investeringar som L anser vara motiverade eller ekonomiskt lönsamma.
