Entreprenaden omfattar lokalvård av Stiftelsens fastigheter och är uppdelad i två delar. Anbudsgivare kan lämna på en eller två delar. Anbudsområde 1: Trapphus, källare, tvättstugor samt Stiftelsens huvudkontor på Parkgatan 34 i Boden. Nedan kallat kontor. Anbudsområde 2: Lägenhets- och Byggstäd Beställaren avser teckna ramavtal med en eller flera entreprenörer.
