Description
Byggtjänster innefattar mindre byggnadsarbeten, ombyggnationer samt reparationer in- och utvändigt i allmänna utrymmen, lägenheter, lokaler och utemiljö i aktuellt fastighetsbestånd som förvaltas av Stiftelsen Bodenbo. Servicearbeten med fast timpris kommer att avropas i första hand men löpande räkning kan även avropas. Beställarens bovärdar och servicearbetare kommer också att utföra servicearbeten. Beställaren upphandlar successionsrenoveringar och större ROT-projekt separat. Även större projekt kan komma att konkurrensutsättas.
