Description
Umeå kommun upphandlar hyra av lokal för skolverksamhet i enlighet med upphandlingsdokumenten. Upphandlingen avser tillhandahållande av tillfälliga skollokaler genom hyra av befintliga eller nyuppförda modulbyggnader. Eftersom upphandlingen omfattar både nyttjanderätt och tillkommande entreprenadinslag ska kontraktet klassificeras som ett tjänstekontrakt enligt LOU. Huvudföremålet är att säkerställa tillgång till funktionsdugliga lokaler i tid inför skolstart HT 2026.
