Region Västerbotten upphandlar en entreprenad i samverkansformen partnering i enlighet med upphandlingsdokumenten. Entreprenaden kommer att ske i tre (3) faser enligt följande: Fas 0: Planerings-, implementerings- och partneringfas Fas 1: Projekterings- och kalkyleringsfas Fas 2: Produktions- och avlämningsfas Fas 0 uppskattas till ett kontraktsvärde om 20 000 000 SEK. Fas 1 och Fas 2 uppskattas till ett kontraktsvärde om 600 000 000 - 800 000 000 SEK.
