La fourniture en location (leasing opérationnel sans option d'achat) avec maintenance de vélos de service à assistance électrique (ci-après dénommé VAE) de type urbain pour les immeubles occupés et/ou gérés par la Commission européenne, dans la Région Bruxelloise et sa périphérie, selon une formule de type « all-in » d'une part et également d'autre part la fourniture (i) d’un système de cadenas intelligents/digitaux pour vélos, déblocables par une carte ou application informatique (via smartphone) et (ii) un système de gestion automatisée des usagers/réservations (SSO, plateforme API, …), adaptable à l’entièreté de la flotte de VAE en leasing et des vélos mécaniques en possession propre de la Commission.
