Description
During the four-year-period 2025 to 2028, provision of (1) coordinated annual EMAS internal audits for European Commission sites, in accordance with the EMAS Regulation (EC)1221/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council, which was endorsed by the European Commission’s Decision C(2013)7708; (2) the update of the environmental legal register for the Brussels site, and (3) the review of the Commission’s CO2 footprint. Concerned by the audits are eight Commission sites (Brussels/Belgium, Luxembourg/Luxembourg, Grange/Ireland, Joint Research Centre (JRC) Petten/Netherlands, JRC Ispra/Italy, JRC Geel/Belgium, JRC Sevilla/Spain, JRC Karlsruhe/Germany) and Commission Representations/Houses of Europe in various EU Member States.
