Description
La consultation porte sur la location de matériels divers pour les manifestations de la ville de SAINT-DENIS - lots 4 et 9. Le détail des prestations est indiqué au Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre multi-attributaires (articles R2162-1 à R2162-6 du CCP) donnant lieu à des bons de commande (articles R2162-13 et R2162-14 du CCP). L'accord-cadre est sans montant mini et avec un maxi (voir ci-dessous). La présente consultation est décomposée en 2 lots faisant chacun l'objet d'un marché distinct. Le marché prend effet à la date de notification jusqu'au 09/06/2026. Les délais d'exécution sont indiqués au CCTP et rappelé par bon de commande
