Description
Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la location d'engins avec le personnel adapté pour permettre la réalisation d'opérations suivantes : - de terrassement, de transport et de mise en place de matériaux liés aux activités et chantiers communaux. Les prestations concernent : - creusement - déblaiement divers - chargement - de chargement, de transport et de mise en place de matériaux liés aux activités et chantiers communaux. Les prestations concernent : - les déformations et anomalies - les perforations d'enduits superficiels de taille centimétriques - les faïençages risquant d'évoluer en « nids de poule » - tout faïençage de taille inférieure au mètre carré - les reprises d'accotements, affaissements, orniérages,… Le détail des prestations est indiqué au Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP). Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre multi-attributaires (maxi 2 pour le lot 1) et mono attributaire pour les lots 2 à 11 (articles R2162-1 à R2162-6 du CCP) donnant lieu à des bons de commande (articles R2162-13 et R2162-14 du CCP). L'accord-cadre est sans montant mini et avec un montant maxi (voir la description des lots)
