Description
Projektet Ornitologen upphandlades december 2022 som en Totalentreprenad enligt ABT06 med Serneke Sverige AB som totalentreprenör. Med anledning av Serneke Sverige ABs konkurs avser LKF att upphandla ny entreprenör för att färdigställa påbörjat projekt Ornitologen. Projektet består av sju huskroppar innehållandes 129 lägenheter från 1–6 RoK, två mindre kontor, en restaurang och en livsmedelsbutik. Totalt ca 14 000 BTA.
