Lunds Kommuns Fastighets AB (LKF) bildades 1947 och har sedan dess varit ett helägt kommunalt bolag. LKFs huvudsakliga uppgift är att erbjuda Lundaborna kvalitativa bostäder till en rimlig kostnad.LKF har under de senaste åren haft och har ett mål om att byggstarta mellan 250-300 lägenheter per år, samtidigt som större renoveringar av våra befintliga bostadsområden skall ske kontinuerligt. LKF har utifrån detta ett behov av en bred portfölj av tekniska konsulter.
